Each round, players secretly place their explorers, then try to figure out the others’ moves before the cards are turned over. Intuition, memory, and strategy come together in a fast-paced, tense game where every successful guess can turn the tide of the game.
At the start of each round, four rows of Treasure cards are laid out on the table. Each player secretly chooses which explorer (numbered 1 through 5) to place face down in front of each row, keeping one card out of play.
Next comes the elimination phase, the heart of the game: each player selects an opponent’s card and announces the value they assign to it. Correct? The card is removed, and the guesser pockets a Backpack token. Incorrect? The card remains in place, now visible to everyone—valuable information that can be used to your advantage… or backfire on you.
Once all the cards have been revealed, the treasures go to the player whose explorer is the strongest in each row. In the event of a tie, the cards in question are eliminated: the treasures then accumulate on that row, raising the stakes for the next round.
Victory goes to the first player to collect 3 treasures of the same objective type visible to all or to accumulate 8 Backpack tokens through their guessing skills.
