Uruguay has few natural resources. Not wanting to import energy from neighboring countries, the government has put in place incentives to boost energy production and distribution throughout the country.

Fortunately, Pampero, a powerful winter wind blows across Urugay, making the country very conducive to the operation of wind turbines.  You need to manage your income, energy supply and action cards to earn points according to different criteria in each game. Expand your power grid and execute energy contracts across the country to make your power company the most profitable of all!
