As the ruler of a fledgling kingdom, you fight for hegemony in Western Europe.

Barbarian Kingdoms is a fast-paced, asymmetrical game of conquest combining strategy, bluff and development. Choose from six iconic 5th-century barbarian kingdoms and assert your supremacy over a divided Europe.

In the 5th century, the Hun horde swept across Europe, setting in motion the mechanics of the Great Invasions. The barbarian kingdoms that emerged from the still-smoldering ruins of the Roman Empire vied for domination of the West.

In Barbarian Kingdoms, each player takes control of a historic kingdom. At the head of the Huns, Ostrogoths, Vandals, Visigoths, Franks or Saxons, players will have to use their strength and cunning to fight their way to victory.

The first kingdom to control 7 provinces or eliminate 2 opposing kings wins the game.
