Formula

Description

Fun mathematics!

Objective

The aim is to be the first to get rid of all your cards. You can get rid of your cards by making a formula and giving the right answer.

Game

Formula is simple. Each player starts with 7 cards. Each card has a number between 0 and 9. On the table are “operator” cards with +, -, x, : and = signs. On your turn, you lay down a maximum of 3 cards from your hand to create a correct formula. You place your cards on top of the cards played by the previous player.

For example, you could play “3 + 5 = 8”. The next person can use your cards to create a new formula or replace the formula entirely, so that the next person could, for example, create “3 x 4 = 12” where the 3 has not been changed, but the 4, 1 and 2 are newly played cards. The + sign has also been replaced by the x sign.

Contents:
  •         57-card deck
  •         Dutch rules
  •         English rules
  •         German rules
  •         French rules
Formula is also :
  •         Biodegradable plastic
  •         Biodegradable ink and glue
