Support Squads provide enough mobile firepower to take down hordes of enemy troops or pulverize armored vehicles in a hail of fire, combining devastating weapons with the flexibility of an infantryman. Heavy flamethrowers shoot a torrent of burning promethium capable of incinerating infantry and driving enemies from cover, while Multifusers reduce enemy tanks to molten puddles in a flash of energy, and plasma cannons fire volatile projectiles of superheated matter.
This plastic upgrade kit can be used to equip Legionnaires from the MKVI Tactical Squad set with powerful heavy weapons to add to a Legion Support Squad. The kit contains 10 heavy flamethrowers, 10 multi-thrusters, and shoulder-mounted plasma cannons, as well as the appropriate arms for each weapon. This allows you to upgrade up to three 10-figure Support Squads, or six five-figure units. The kit also contains four augur scanners that can be carried in addition to a heavy weapon, allowing your Support Squads to detect and eliminate enemy units.
This upgrade kit contains 160 plastic components and is designed to be assembled with the MKVI Tactical Squad set, sold separately. These components come unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paint.
