Play as a ruthless killer or a resourceful survivor and face sinister challenges!

In Dead by Daylight, a team of four resourceful survivors faces off against a single supernatural killer in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse.

As one of the four survivors, explore the test grounds, discover accessories, and use your unique perks to find and repair generators. Repair four generators and open the exit doors to escape and win! As the killer, hunt down survivors, injure them, and place them on sacrificial hooks to summon a sinister force. With enough sacrifices, you can appease the Entity and win!

Each turn, players plan their moves by secretly selecting paths to follow on the board. Each time a player moves, they reveal new elements of the board, called props, which they can interact with to achieve their goals or hinder their opponents.

Survivors can use many different props to help them survive and navigate the ordeal. Killers can use fewer props, but they interact with survivors using their attack or unique power. Each killer has a different power that will completely change the way the game plays out.

Both killers and survivors have perks that grant them special abilities. Experienced players can customize their characters with different perk configurations, offering even more replayability.

The base game includes 7 survivors, 6 killers, and 2 maps. The collector's edition includes 17 survivors, 16 killers, 4 maps, and additional figurines to create the ultimate Dead by Daylight experience.
