UHF Contact, the analog horror supplement for Liminal Horror
UHF Contact is a roleplaying supplement written by M. Allen Hall, designed for the modern horror RPG Liminal Horror (a "rules-lite" game). It is a collection of scenarios on the theme of "analog horror": VHS tape aesthetics, mysterious radio frequencies, strange transmissions and modern psychological horror. Its distinctive feature: it can be played both in a group (with a game master) and solo, thanks to dedicated tools.
Setup and running a game with UHF Contact
The supplement offers several scenarios linked by the theme of interference and analog technology, leading the characters into unsettling places where reality breaks down. It includes a summary of the Liminal Horror rules that lets you play right away without the core book, as well as a section dedicated to solo / GM-less play (procedures and oracle tables). The atmosphere emphasises paranoia, mystery and atmospheric horror.
