Explore a mystical forest and try to defeat the evil that lurks within!
Explorers of the Woodlands is a cooperative dungeon crawler for 1 to 4 players. It combines the best of tile placement, exploration, dice rolling and monster destruction in a beautiful setting. It includes a fast-paced classic mode and a campaign mode.
In classic mode, players explore a forest of over 20 tiles. At the end of each forest, a boss appears and players must defeat it to win the game!
- During the exploration phase, each player adds a tile to the forest, making it bigger and bigger.
- During the adventure phase, each player plays his character in turn order. The active player rolls 4 hero dice and places them on his hero board to select the actions he can perform during his turn.
Depending on the results of the dice, players gain unique moves, special actions and abilities!
Loot cards acquired by killing monsters or found in the forest and at events will also help heroes achieve their goals!
In addition to the standard game mode, the game includes a 5-mission campaign with different objectives, special rules and components for even greater replay value.
