Take on your Onmyoji rivals and capture as many Yokai as you can!

Long ago, in the land of the rising sun, spirits and demons known as Yokai plagued human life.

Yokai didn't attack people directly, but they did cause supernatural disasters: Yokai caused farm fires, river floods, rumbles of thunder and the spread of disease.

One day, a neighboring village chief visited you, an Onmyoji, a practitioner of esoteric Japanese cosmology. Using your knowledge of astronomy and the occult, you discover the only way to save the village. It's simple: the more Yokai you manage to capture, the more the threat posed by these demons will diminish. After a few months in the village, your efforts are crowned with success: the Yokai threat has been completely eradicated from the village!

Then you learn that the Yokai are wreaking havoc in your own village. In your absence, the village chief has consulted another Onmyoji to save your village. This is an affront, because it's your village and the people being attacked are yours. It's up to you to save the day! Don't let another Onmyoji save the day and go down in history as the greatest Onmyoji and savior of your village when it needs it most.
