The goal of the game is to manage your worries through smart card play over the course of 8 rounds. As worries are revealed, they complicate your life and distract you.

Focus on your tea to banish these worries and soothe your frayed nerves. Once your tea is ready, take stock.

Then, from left to right, resolve each worry face up.

This forces you to rearrange your Tea cards in different ways, and you’ll need to be strategic to avoid derailing your plans. After 8 rounds, your tea is ready (whether you are or not).

Score points for each correctly ordered Tea card, and bonus points for each Tea card with the “Concentration” side facing up.

Warning: you’ll lose points for each remaining worry. Add up your total and check your score to see if you’re ready to face the rest of your day or if you need to relax with another cup of tea!
