Be quick, take risks, but don't get burned!
BBQ - Big Bluff Quiz is a unique and exciting game that was designed to be fun. It's a game of questions - or rather answers - where you can win without being clever.
You have to pretend to know the answers and have some luck and poise. Don't overdo your risk-taking either because BBQ can burn you out!
12 tokens numbered 2 to 13 are placed in the center of the playing area. One player picks a card and reads the question. All players can then quickly take one of the chips. This is their bet and this is the number of answers they claim to know. Thus, for the question "The planets of the solar system", a player who takes the 5 chip claims to know at least 5 planets of the solar system and bets 5 points.
One of the players is then designated to give his answers. He wins his bet if he succeeds and loses it if he does not. The other players win their bet even if they did not know any of the answers!
The themes are varied. The classics of course: Cinema, music, history, geography, literature, politics, science, sports, TV, but also many more unexpected ones. Quotes to complete, questions about comics, games, recipes, and even about gems and alchemy!
