Port Arthur

Description

In this game, one person is in charge of the Japanese fleet and the other is in charge of the Russian fleet, competing for control of the sea near Japan. The game progresses by repeating "turns", and points are scored according to the sea area under control, and the total of the points is used to win or lose.

In the early stages, Russia has only a fleet of ships and a Vladivostok fleet, but the Baltic fleet will arrive along the way. The Japanese player will probably want to hit the voyage fleet by then. On the contrary, the Russian player wants to let the Journey fleet escape to Vladivostok and threaten the maritime traffic route of the Sea of Japan before it is snow-covered like history.

Armored cruisers of both armies or more are represented by 1 ship = 1 piece, and both players sort out move the fleet by engaging in "operation" and engage in enemy fleet. However, when there are no radars or aircraft, and low-speed coal ships are fighting each other, it is not always possible to capture enemies as desired.
