Guerre Eclair: a subtle, lightning-fast card game!

On May 10, 1940, putting an end to the “Phoney War”, the German army attacked the Netherlands, Belgium and France, following the instructions of the “Yellow Plan”.

Despite all French and British attempts to maintain a continuous line of defense, the front was broken at Sedan by enemy armored divisions effectively supported by the air force. The British expeditionary force reembarked at Dunkirk, and France signed the armistice on June 22.

Guerre Éclair is a game for 2 players lasting around 40 minutes. Play as the German side and be aggressive to reach the sea or Paris as quickly as possible with your panzers. Or, on the contrary, take charge of the Allied armies to organize a solid defense and lead powerful counter-attacks.
