No one remembers when Empire rule began. People say it will never end, that resistance is impossible... but nobody ever prepared like the Rebellion. They planned in secret, gathered intelligence and sowed discord in the districts.

However, the Empire has innumerable assets and will confront the Rebellion with all its might. The revolution begins now.

In Unrest, two players face off in an asymmetrical struggle for control of five City Districts. Will the Rebellion be able to carry out its missions and overthrow the regime? Or will the Empire continue to rule?
