Two villages compete in the arts of brewing beer and baking bread.
Situated on the fertile lands of a former monastery, two villages carry on the dual tradition of brewing beer and baking bread. While sharing their fields and resources, they take pride in their friendly rivalry, each seeking to outdo the other in production.
Each of you plays as one of these villages. Over the course of six years—which alternate between fertile years and years of drought—you must balance your tasks: harvesting and storing resources, producing beer and bread, selling them to earn coins, and upgrading your facilities.
However, to win, you must maintain a balance between your baked goods and your beverages. Indeed, after the sixth year, you score only the coins collected for the product type—beer or bread—for which you earned the least. The village with the highest score wins the game.
