Jobbo

Description

Recruit anyone to do anything!

Every card sparks lively debates and fits of laughter. A simple and original cooperative party game.

In Jobbo, players form a team that must uncover the secret mission known only to the Boss. The Boss cannot speak: they must help the team guess the correct mission using Job cards ranked according to their effectiveness. In Jobbo, one player becomes the Boss and secretly draws one of the five missions laid out on the table. To get the others to guess it, they’re not allowed to speak or mime: they draw two jobs at random and rank them, from most effective to least effective for carrying out their mission.

With each clue, the players discuss how to rule out a wrong mission without eliminating the right one – and it is the Right-hand Man, sitting to the Boss’s right, who makes the final decision alone. After two rounds of elimination, the team must identify the Secret Mission from among the three remaining options.
Four rounds, fifteen minutes, and a final ranking ranging from Trainee to Boss!
