Grand Staircase Puzzle is a wooden logic brainteaser, not a traditional picture puzzle, inspired by the iconic moving staircases of Hogwarts. It consists of a wooden base with 13 holes, a single peg, and several interlocking staircase pieces, styled to look like the stone staircases and architecture seen in the Harry Potter films.

13 challenges of varying difficulty, to solve again and again

Grand Staircase Puzzle offers 13 different challenges: first place the peg in the hole indicated by the chosen challenge, then arrange all the staircase pieces around it so they fit perfectly, flat, within the frame. With 13 possible starting positions, the puzzle offers multiple levels to solve, drawing on spatial reasoning and logic. Being mechanical, it can be taken apart and solved repeatedly, with no glue required.
