Horrified: World of Monsters is a stand-alone game featuring similar gameplay to Horrified, and in this cooperative game you'll face off against the enigmatic Sphinx, the reclusive Yeti, the ravenous Jiangshi, and the Great Ancient One himself, Cthulhu. Each monster represents a unique challenge, and you can face them individually or in combination, as players pool their unique skills to overcome obstacles inspired by monstrous legends and lore in order to collect item tokens, protect citizens and avoid attacks.
The inclusion of Cthulhu brings to the Horrified range its first multi-phase puzzle, with one puzzle in the realm of the World of Monsters and another in the realm of Cthulhu.
Horrified: World of Monsters includes rules for mixing monsters from that game with those from Horrified: Greek Monsters.
