Get your family to the front of the line in In Front of the Elevators, a clever and strategic card game!

In In Front of the Elevators, players compete to get their family members to the front of a crowded line in front of an elevator in a department store.

Each family member has unique abilities, such as “Cut In Line” or “Lost Child,” that allow them to maneuver and jump ahead in the line. Will you use Mom to get ahead of Dad, or rely on Grandpa to get ahead of the girls?

Today, the whole family has gone shopping at the department store, but there's a crowd in front of the elevators. Will we be able to reach our favorite floors? Moms cut in front of dads, grandpas squeeze in front of the girls, and everyone jumps ahead of others in line. When three friends meet up, they head to the cafe instead. Will your family be able to squeeze into the crowded elevator?

Your goal is to help your family members get into the next elevator, which can only hold a few more people.

You score points for each family member who gets in. All family members have the ability to “cut in front of everyone” or “lose a child.” Use these abilities wisely to squeeze to the front of the line and slip into the elevator just before the doors close. If they get on the elevator that goes to their preferred floor, you get double points.

The game is played in three rounds, and points are tallied at the end of each round. Players add up their scores to determine the winner.
