Noria is a strategy and economic development board game set in a steampunk world, where players take the role of entrepreneurs developing a prosperous floating city. The game was designed by Sophia Wagner and published internationally by Stronghold Games, with the French edition released by Pixie Games.

One of the most distinctive elements of the game is its rotating action wheel system. Each player controls several wheels that determine the actions available on their turn. By modifying and upgrading these wheels during the game, players gradually improve their action engine.

During the game players will:
  • develop flying industries
  • invest in technologies and projects
  • influence the political council of the city
  • produce and transform different resources

The goal is to score the most victory points by building an efficient economic engine and influencing political decisions.
