Marcus has been many things: a member of the army, a sheriff in Broken Hills, and now he is the leader of Jacobstown, a place for Super Mutants and Nightkins to live.

He is a veteran of many conflicts and wars, and although he tries to keep the peace, he can defend himself if called upon to fight.

Lily, a Nightkin with multiple personality disorders, is part of this group.

One moment she is a caring grandmother and the next a ravenous monster war machine named Leo; only time will tell which personality will win out...
