Description

Obsession Rapture is a collectible playing card deck published by Thirdway Industries and designed by Giovanni Meroni. The limited, opulent version of the Obsession series (of which Yearn is the base deck), it explores the theme of desire and obsession, personified as a goddess who is both blessing and curse. Each court figure embodies a facet of obsession (sacrifice, love, identity, knowledge, greed…), and the jokers feature "The Great Sage."

This edition stands out for its spectacular finish: the cards are printed entirely in hot foil (rather than ink), with pink/magenta tones for Hearts and Diamonds, green for Spades and Clubs, along with green metallic gilded edges. The tuck box, in luxury Italian paper, is enhanced with green foil and embossing. Usable for any classic card game, it is above all a sought-after collectible.
