Hues and Cues is a communication game in which players must match clue words to colours. When it’s your turn, you must give the other players one or two clue words to help them identify your colour on the board, which contains 480 shades.
The more precise your clues are, the closer the other players will get to identifying—or even finding—your colour, and the more points you’ll score.
After receiving an initial clue, each player places a marker on the board on the colour they think matches the description.
E.g.: ‘coffee’. They will then receive two clues to place a second marker and perhaps adjust their choice. E.g.: ‘with milk’ – the colour in question might be lighter than the one originally chosen.
A fast-paced party game with simple rules that can bring together 3 to 10 people around the table.
