L'Oaf

The bakers try to work as little as possible without getting fired!

You are all employees at L'Oaf Bakery, but you are only there to get paid while putting in as little effort as possible. When it comes to baking bread, you prefer to let others do the work. However, you don't want your bosses to catch you slacking off. If you don't bake enough bread collectively, the lazy ones among you could get fired!

Each turn, players receive an order indicating the amount of bread they must bake collectively. Each baker secretly contributes a work card from their hand, with a value between 0 and 11. If the order is not fulfilled, the baker who contributed the least loses reputation with the bosses.

Conversely, the baker who contributed the most gains reputation. Once 5 orders have failed or 5 orders have been fulfilled, the baker with the highest value in their hand wins the game. However, if the group has failed 5 orders, all bakers with a negative reputation are fired before the points are counted!
