Nemesis: Retaliation - Special Edition (Sundrop)

Nemesis: Retaliation (Sundrop) is the third installment in the famous survival-horror series, where bluffing, betrayal, and the fight against an elusive threat are at the heart of the experience. This version delivers what everyone has been waiting for: the time for revenge has come! Players take on the roles of seasoned soldiers, equipped with state-of-the-art gear, sent into a base infested with deadly alien monsters. Although they set out on a shared mission, each has their own objectives, and in the end, the most important thing will simply be to survive.

How does it work?

Nemesis: Retaliation is a semi-cooperative game, which means that players collaborate to a certain extent, while each has secret, personal objectives to accomplish. Some are related to exploration, others to combat, and some will even require you to eliminate one of your companions. At the start, you receive two Objective cards, but you’ll have to choose just one during the game once certain conditions are met.

The game unfolds in a series of turns: players first perform their actions and resolve their effects, then try to survive the Intruders’ attacks, and finally deal with an Event card and draw a new Intruder token. To win, you must not only complete your objective but also stay alive long enough to evacuate the base or go into hibernation.
