A half-timbered street, inspired by medieval Parthenay
Bellevue - Parthenay follows the same principle as Bellevue, replacing the Dutch facades of the original edition with the half-timbered houses typical of Parthenay's medieval quarter. This edition was created in partnership with the city's Cité des jeux, to mark the 40th anniversary of FLIP, the International Game Festival of Parthenay.
Each player takes on the role of an architect building their own street, card by card, combining shops, windows, and roofs to form harmonious houses and score as many points as possible.
A fast, tactical drafting game
Bellevue - Parthenay is played by picking a card from your hand, building it into your street, then passing the rest of your hand to your neighbor. Each house is built from the ground up: a shop to start, windows for the floors, and a roof to finish it.
Points are scored by fulfilling the objectives printed on Shop and Roof cards, as well as by forming the longest run of same-colored houses. The game ends as soon as a player completes their fourth roof.
