Tango

Tango: Create the best dance steps in this two-player card game.

It takes two to tango, but only one dancer will rise to the challenge in this two-player card game! In Tango, players play cards (from their hand and their face-up card) to perform the best dance steps possible.

Plan carefully, but don't forget that your opponent knows some of your steps! Will you be crowned the master or mistress of dance?

Each player takes 2 Rose tokens and places them face down in front of them. They also take their 2 score cards and place them nearby for later.

Then, one player is designated as the dealer, who will lead the first trick (and lead the dance!).

Each player first plays a card from their hand, then a card from the cards visible in front of them.

In other words, four cards are played in each trick: two from the hands and two from the cards visible on the table. The game continues until all ten tricks have been played. At the end of the round, players score points based on the cards they have collected in the winning tricks. To win a trick, you must play the card with the highest number matching the suit of the first card played.

The first player to collect two Roses wins the game!
