The big idea? To transform poker—the ultimate game of bluffing—into a 100% cooperative adventure where everyone wins or loses together. The brilliant twist: you’re not allowed to talk about your cards. All communication happens through tokens that show, without a word, who thinks they have the best hand.
A game consists of a series of heists, each modeled after a hand of Texas Hold’em: two cards in your hand, then community cards revealed turn by turn.
Each turn, every player picks up a numbered token to indicate their position: the highest for “I think I have the best hand,” the lowest for the weakest. The tokens circulate freely, and players readjust their bets by observing others… but always without revealing their cards.
When it’s time to show down, everyone reveals their hand in the announced order. If the ranking from weakest to strongest is correct, the heist succeeds and you win a gold bar; otherwise, an alarm goes off. Three gold bars and the heist becomes legendary; three alarms and the police arrest you.
All the tension stems from this silent reading of the others: Do I really have the strongest hand, or should I step aside?
