The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, bluff, negotiate and outwit your opponents to seize wealth and power in a frontier town.
Throughout the game's three rounds, players engage in a dynamic exchange of character cards.
The dealer rotates between players, and each turn consists of checking four cards and offering one, face-down, to another player. The dealer must declare which character is being offered, but may lie about it. The recipient then has the choice of accepting or refusing the card. If he accepts, he takes control of the character; if he refuses, the dealer takes control of the character.
In both cases, the player on the left becomes the new dealer. Characters grant players coins or valuable goods, but some, like the sheriff and the gunslinger, bring trouble or arrests. And, of course, nobody wants to get the Goat, because it's worthless.
After three rounds (or four for two-player games), the game ends. The player with the most coins and membership tokens is declared the winner.
