Zephyr is an anarchist fantasy tabletop roleplaying game set in a sentient, walking landmass by the name of Ophoi. Players take on the role of Windfolk; beings made of pure feeling, who one day set out into the world to fulfill sacred obligations.
Zephyr: An Anarchist Game of Fleeting Identities is a roleplaying game set in the wandering, sentient continent of Ophoi. This entity travels on a relentless march across an endless salt flat, its four lungs bursting with sentimental energy - the alien emotions of the Zephyr, which comes in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Like most substances, the emotions of the Zephyr coalesce into mountains made of rage, rivers of sorrow, fields grown out of the essence of guilt - everything that is, in its whole colorful gamut, including complex lifeforms.
From these emotions and their fusion, the Windfolk are born.
You are one of them, setting out from a far flung community in mountainous embrace, to travel this eerie continent in order to fulfill sacred Obligations. These Obligations are crafted by the players, becoming the main drivers for the narrative as well as the knots that tie your characters to the peoples they meet across the land.
Venturing forth into the Living Landmass, you will hunt, cook, craft, and glide your way into the depths of the world - pushing each of your specialties in order to survive while trying to avoid the terrifying menace of the Salt States.
The Zephyr Rulebook is a 250 page long journey of epic proportions, fully illustrated from the first to the last page, featuring a character creation process in comic book format (through which your character's identity will take shape based on their outlook on Windfolk myths) as well as Technologies, Patterns, and the full breadth of rules needed to make Ophoi come to life.
