In Little Towns - Little Trees expansion, each mayor has the chance to watch a tree grow in his town. But the seed can only grow if it occupies the only empty space on your board.

Place a seed on a square on your board at the beginning of the game. At any time, if you build on that space, you earn a free resource of your choice. However, if you end the game with only the seed remaining and no other empty spaces, it turns into a 2-point tree!

This expansion requires the base game to be played.
