The Purifiers, an army that cleanses the world through fire
Neuroshima HEX: Purifiers portrays a group of extremist arsonists who believe fire is the only way to cleanse a post-apocalyptic world plagued by sickness and corruption. Unveiled during the "Day of Moloch 2026" event, this army continues Portal Games' long tradition of adding distinctive, asymmetrical factions to Neuroshima Hex.
Fire zones and exploding barrels: an army built for board control
Neuroshima HEX: Purifiers revolves around placing Fire markers, which damage or destroy enemy units that venture onto those hexes, while the Purifiers remain immune thanks to their Fire Shield. Their flamethrowers can hit multiple hexes at once and leave fire in their wake, while exploding barrels add an extra hazard to the board.
Many units in Neuroshima HEX: Purifiers have high initiative to set the board ablaze before opponents can react, and leave a Fire marker behind upon death, continuing to restrict enemy movement even after being destroyed.
