This game invites players (2 to 4) to embody the great figures of the 19th century, Modern and Romantic, to rewrite the architectural and urban history of Paris. Depending on the historical figures they play, players will have to expand the capital, widen its boulevards, create monuments of iron and glass, or, conversely, preserve the old neighborhoods from bourgeois ambitions by rousing the Parisian people.
This game aims to entertain while educating: it pits Haussmann against Victor Hugo around the elephant of the Bastille. The game comes with an educational (and enjoyable!) booklet that bridges the gap between the pleasure of the game and knowledge.
