Samuel Xavier, is an angry individual who was forced to go to a rehabilitation clinic for substance abuse. Now he is suffering from terrible pain, in the form of migraines, which makes him more angry than ever.

In this new add-on pack, you must cope with Sammy's mood swings while trying to save hostages. If you can't reduce Sammy's pain to a manageable level, he may break down... and it will be too late to save anyone.
