1. Buy Factories at Auction
Each round, another player becomes the auctioneer and offers factories for auction. These earn victory points and provide raw materials. The auctioneer has the choice: accept the highest bid and collect the price, or take the factory himself, free of charge. However, the next player then directs the auction.
2. Build Factories
Place your marker on the game board and start building your empire. This costs money and raw materials, which are counted, so it's important to manage carefully. Connected factories earn valuable extra points.
